The Bishop began working in the ministry at the age of 7.  For many years he worked under the leadership of his father the late Bishop E.L. Locke II. Even after the passing of Bishop Locke II in 1996, he continued to serve under the leadership of the nat'l overseer.  In 1999 he received the call of bishop and has worked hard to advance this church body.  He is a loving husband, great father, and a wonderful uncle who has help raised 5 nieces and nephews.  God has given him a many great gifts.  Just to name a few are, organist, soloist, and preacher.  You would have to hear and see it just to know how God has truly blessed him.
